Som en del av vårt pågående engagemang för att tillhandahålla produkter och tjänster av högsta kvalitet, vill vi informera Er om en viktig uppdatering angående två av våra Teams Infinity-appar:

- Astrid App

- Teams Infinity App, version 1.2.2 och tidigare

Efter noggranna överväganden och tekniska förändringar på vår sida, tillkännager vi slutet på livslängden för både vår Astrid-app och Teams Infinity App, version 1.2.2 och tidigare, den 31/12 2024. Detta beslut är drivet av vårt engagemang för att leverera banbrytande lösningar och säkerställa säkerheten och effektiviteten hos våra produkter.

Viktiga punkter att notera:

1) Slut på supportdatum: 31/12/2024

2) Konsekvenser: Efter EOSL-datumet kommer vår Astrid-app och Teams Infinity App (versioner 1.2.2 och tidigare) inte längre att få säkerhetsuppdateringar eller teknisk support. Fortsatt användning av produkten efter detta datum kommer att leda till ökad instabilitet och funktionsproblem.

Rekommenderade åtgärder: För att säkerställa kontinuiteten i dina operationer och upprätthålla en säker operativ datormiljö, rekommenderar vi starkt att du vidtar följande åtgärder:

Uppgradera: För båda apparna, utforska och planera för uppgradering eller installation av den senaste Teams Infinity App version 1.2.3

Vi förstår att denna förändring är utmanande, och vårt mål är att säkerställa minimal störning i dina operationer samtidigt som vi upprätthåller produktens tillförlitlighet och säkerhet.

End of Service Life (EOSL) Notice

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the highest quality products and services, we wish to inform you about an important update regarding two of our Teams Infinity Apps:

- Astrid App

- Teams Infinity App, version 1.2.2 and below After careful considerations and technical changes on our side we announce the End of Service Life for both our Astrid App as well as Teams Infinity App, version 1.2.2 and below, on 31/12 2024. This decision is driven by our dedication to delivering cutting edge solutions and ensuring security and efficiency of our products.

Key points to note:

1) End of Support Date: 31/12/2024

2) Implications: Following the EOSL date, our Astrid App and Teams Infinity App (versions 1.2.2 and below) will no longer receive security patches or technical support. Continued use of the product beyond this date will lead to increased instability as well as functionality.

Recommended Actions: To ensure the continuity of your operations and maintain a secure operational computing environment, we strongly recommend taking the following actions:

1) Upgrade: For both Apps explore and plan for the upgrade or installation to the latest Teams Infinity App version 1.2.3
